BabaAfrik Outfits will only provide exchange on items that are damaged in transit. BabaAfrik Outfits will not provide refund for any purchased item. In an event where a replacement is unavailable, we will provide you with a virtual giftcard or discount code for your next purchase.

 To be approved for an exchange, please contact us via info@babaafrik.com about the damage. Picture evidence will be helpful. We will contact you within 5 - 7 business days to let you know if the item will be replaced or not.

Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange.

 If the USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you are yet to receive the package, please contact your local USPS for further assistance. BabaAfrik Outfits does not take responsibility for package that show up as delivered.
